PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS

Preparing young people for a world that keeps changing.

Future Makers partners with organizations working with young people ages 14 to 22 to build the human skills that matter most right now. Creativity, systems thinking, communication, confidence, and the ability to lead with intention in a world no one fully predicted.

This is not a curriculum. It is an experience. Designed to meet young people where they are and build what they will need long after the program ends.

Through hands-on workshops, innovation challenges, mentorship experiences, and collaborative learning environments, participants develop the human skills that remain valuable no matter how technology evolves.

What a Future Makers partnership looks like

Future Makers programs are built for organizations working with young people ages 14 to 22. Each engagement is customized to your cohort, your context, and your goals.

We work with youth-serving nonprofits, community organizations, schools, and university programs to design experiences that build the human skills young people need most right now.

Every program is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in real-world challenges. Participants do not sit and listen. They explore, build, and present.

  • Designed for ages 14 to 22

  • Customized to your cohort and context

  • In-person and virtual formats available

  • No prior experience required for participants

  • Collaborative, not competitive

  • Built around real-world challenges

How Future Makers Works

Explore

Understand the challenge.

Participants begin by exploring a real-world topic connected to technology, entrepreneurship, creativity, or community impact. Through conversation, observation, and storytelling, they learn to ask better questions and uncover meaningful insights.

Imagine

Generate ideas and think creatively.

Participants work together to brainstorm possibilities, challenge assumptions, and explore new ways of solving problems. This stage builds curiosity, creativity, and the ability to think beyond the obvious answer.

Build

Turn ideas into something tangible.

Participants sketch concepts, create prototypes, map experiences, and bring ideas to life through hands-on collaboration. The focus is on learning by making, testing, communicating, and adapting together.

Share

Present ideas and grow confidence.

Participants share their work with peers, mentors, educators, and community leaders through presentations, storytelling, and reflection. Every experience is designed to strengthen voice, confidence, and the ability to shape what comes next.

Why this work. Why Twisha.

Most programs teach young people what to know. Future Makers teaches them how to think, make, and lead.

The future belongs to people who can think critically, communicate clearly, collaborate across differences, and adapt with intention. That is what every Future Makers program is built around.

Twisha brings 25 years of experience leading inside complex organizations to every Future Makers program. The same thinking she uses with senior leaders, she brings to a room full of 17-year-olds.

Every engagement is led by Twisha and supported by a network of practitioners, educators, and creative professionals built over 25 years. For organizations that need a full facilitation team, Twisha assembles the right people for your context and your cohort.

You do not just get a program. You get a team.
