The Invisible
Patterns Session

You're capable, committed, and showing up for everyone. But somewhere along the way the life you're living stopped feeling like the one you meant to build. In 90 minutes, we’ll surface what's actually driving that, and map a path toward something that fits.

How it works

3. Your 90-minute session

We meet on Zoom, 1:1. We work through what you surfaced in the prework and go deeper. You leave with clarity and a direction, not a to-do list.

2. A reminder the day before

1. Prework arrives by email

After booking, you’ll receive a short reflection questionnaire. Set aside 30-45 minutes to complete it before we meet. Write, type, or record audio, whatever helps you think most clearly.

You’ll receive a text and email 24 hours before your session with your Zoom link. No scrambling, no searching your inbox.

Who is this for

  • You're doing everything right and it's still not working.
  • You're stretched across work, home, and life, present nowhere.
  • You've tried the tactics, the frameworks, the retreats. The needle doesn't move.
  • Something feels misaligned but you can't quite name what it is.
  • You lead at work and at home, and you're running out of energy for both.
  • You want to stop reacting and start choosing how you live.

What happens in this session

Surface the patterns

We identify the invisible forces shaping your experience, inherited expectations, emotional habits, the roles and relationships you've adapted to without fully realizing it. Most people have never had a conversation at this level of clarity about their own life.

Name the real friction

Burnout, disconnection, and overwhelm are symptoms. We look underneath, at where your life as a whole has become misaligned with who you actually are and what you actually value. Not just your calendar. The whole system.

Map a path forward

Not a productivity plan. A clearer picture of how you want to lead, show up, and live, across work, relationships, and everything else that matters to you. You leave with clarity and a direction, not a to-do list.
