What we reinforce today shapes what becomes possible tomorrow.
The patterns we repeat, the systems we build, and the work we hand to technology quietly shape our judgment, relationships, and sense of possibility.
I help people make those forces visible, discern what is worth protecting, and design what comes next with greater intention.
I work across lives, organizations, and generations to make the forces shaping us visible, protect the human judgment that keeps us capable, and help build a future we choose, not one that simply happens to us.
The choices we repeat become the future we create.
Invisible forces influence visible results.
Inherited expectations, organizational systems, and technology shape our choices long before we recognize their influence. Invisible forces become visible results.
What we practice becomes capability.
Judgment, confidence, creativity, and connection grow through experience. When we stop practicing them, we risk losing the capacities that make us capable.
Efficiency is not the same as progress.
We can be physically present for the people who need us and mentally somewhere else entirely. Convenience can save time while quietly diminishing attention, effort, and connection.
The future is something we shape.
We can choose what technology should do, what must remain human, and what the next generation needs to learn through practice.
Hi, I’m Twisha!
After 25 years leading in some of the world’s most complex organizations, I bring the perspective of a design leader, educator, writer, and immigrant navigating the intersections of technology, identity, and modern life.
I believe the forces that shape us most are often the ones we barely see: inherited expectations, the systems we move through, the relationships we build, and the patterns that quietly influence how we live, work, and connect.
My work helps people see those forces more clearly—and make more intentional choices about what to preserve, what to question, and what to create next.
From boardrooms and classrooms to family tables, I help people understand that impact is not simply an outcome. It is a practice: shaped through the choices we repeat, the systems we build, and the ways we show up for ourselves and one another.
THE THROUGHLINE
What we practice shapes who we become.
The patterns we repeat in our lives, the systems we build within organizations, and the work we hand to technology all shape our capacity to think, choose, connect, and lead.
I make those often-invisible forces visible so that we can decide what to change, what to protect, and what to build next.
That belief connects everything I do: coaching for people redesigning lives that no longer fit; workshops and talks that help organizations build more intentional ways of working; Future Makers, which helps young people develop judgment alongside AI; and my forthcoming book, Stop Automating the Easy Things, which asks what we lose when efficiency removes the experiences that make us capable.
Different settings. The same work: building the judgment to shape our lives, organizations, and shared future with intention.
